Rebuilding Self-Worth

From Surviving to Thriving: Rebuilding Self-Confidence with Horses

A one-day workshop for victim survivors of domestic violence, offering a unique, supportive environment to rebuild self-worth, explore healthy relationships, and heal through the gentle wisdom of horses.

Join us in this workshop which is designed to provide a safe, empowering experience for individuals who have experienced domestic violence. Working with horses, you will be invited to engage in guided activities that can help reconnect with your self-worth, understand the importance of healthy relationships, and learn how to set boundaries in a supportive and non-judgmental space.

Workshop Highlights:

  • Reconnecting with Self-Worth: Horses offer immediate, non-verbal feedback that helps participants recognize their inner strength and value.
  • Building Healthy Relationships: Through activities with the horses, participants explore trust, communication, and respect, all critical elements of healthy relationships.
  • Setting Boundaries: Participants learn to set and maintain boundaries in a safe environment, practicing skills that translate to real-life relationships.

Benefits for Clients:
